Mitch received his B.A. from Oklahoma City University in 2007.  In 2010, he graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and was admitted to the Oklahoma State Bar.

Mitch has spent most of his life working in and around the legal profession in one form or another.  Before going to law school, Mitch worked in the litigation copy industry, was a private process server, and for ten years worked as a legal assistant/paralegal for a medical malpractice insurance defense litigation law firm in Oklahoma City.  In 2009, while in law school, he brought his law office practice experience to the firm of CAIN & CAIN to develop the firm's Funding Department.  After passing the Oklahoma Bar in 2010, Mitch continued developing the firm’s Funding and Trust Administration Departments. 

In 2012, Mitch formally became a member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys and in 2014 he completed the Advanced Practicum Implementation Program.  He currently co-chairs the APIP Settlement Co-Development Team for the National Network.

Mitch has spent most of his life calling Northwest Oklahoma City his home, where he, his wife Katie, and son currently live.
